Coroplast Signage

Coroplast signage is cost effective, lightweight, and can be used in a variety of different ways. It is made of two layers of plastic separated by smaller pieces of plastic creating flutes on the inside much like corrugated cardboard. The plastic surface makes it easy to clean, and does not need to be painted for vinyl application. Coroplast signage is best used indoors as it is so lightweight. It will not get damaged from outside conditions such as rain, but it could get blown away in high winds. So if you are going to be using your coroplast sign outside it is recommended that you take it inside at night or if it is very windy outside.

There are a variety of different ways coroplast signage can be used. Indoor signs, yard signs, temporary signs, job site signs, golf tournament signs, directional signs, menu boards, and special events such as trade shows are all common uses for coroplast signage. There are also many different ways coroplast signage can be hung. You can use suction cups, velcro, sign stands, easels and double sided tape.

Now that we have discussed the pros of coroplast signage, lets move on to the cons. We do not recommend that you use coroplast signage for long term, outdoor signs. Weather conditions can make it so your coroplast sign does not last as long as it should. Just like anything else there are pros and cons. And you need to evaluate what you will be using your sign for and follow the pros and cons outline above to determine if coroplast is the right choice for your sign.
