Aluma-lite

Alumalite is a flat metal material with fluted plastic sandwiched between two sheets of aluminum. Generally used outdoor in commercial, industrial, informational, & directional signs. Commonly attached directly to walls, attached to aluminum tuber frame for support of in a post & panel sign. Illuminated by spotlights in front. Will not rust.

Regulatory, Monument, Directional, & Informational Signage.

Material Sizes:

4' x 8' sheets (1220mm x 2440mm)

Thickness:

1/4" (6mm) is the standard thickness

3/8" (10mm) is used for its added strength

Use & Longevity:

Aluma-lite comes with a UV resistant baked on enamel finish. Commonly used for temorary or permanant indoor/outdoor signage.

Life Expectancy:

Indoors- 7+ years

Outdoors- 5+ years

Installation Considerations:

Indoor-

Velcro and double sided tape sticks well. Screw or bold, do not over tighten.

Outdoor-

Use in a metal frame or box sign. Screw, bolt, or rivet large pieces to walls (do not over tighten).

Installation Accessories:

Box or Frame- holds sign securely in place.

Post & Panel

Acrylic & Metal Zip Track- Track that holds letters in place for changeable message signs.
